Solo
1-minute routine that is performed by one athlete. Solos consist of tumbling, jumping and dancing elements that are performed to an athlete’s best ability and skill level. Solo routines have a creative and unique flare to match the athlete’s personality

Duo
1-minute routine that is performed by two athletes. Duo’s consist of tumbling, jumping and dancing elements that are performed to both of the athlete’s best ability and skill level. Duo routines have a creative and unique flare to match both personalities.

Group stunt
1-minute routine that is performed by 4 – 5 athletes. Stunt groups consist of 1 flyer and 4 bases. Stunting routines consist of level appropriate stunting elements and transitions that are aimed to hit high on the scoresheet. Each routine is unique and is made to best fit the athletes involved.

Partner Stunt
1-minute routine that is performed by 2 athletes. 1 x Flyer and 1 x Base. Partner Stunt routines consist of level appropriate stunting elements and transitions that are aimed to hit high on the scoresheet. Each routine is unique and is made to best fit the athletes involved.
